Return Policy

  • Return Window: We accept returns for Store Credit only within 14 days of the original delivery date.
  • Condition of Item: Items must be returned unworn, unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
    We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
  • Final Sale: For hygiene reasons, all earrings and custom/personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a store credit (minus any original shipping charges) via email within 5-7 business days.
